Mr. Souza Libels a Co-worker

The above comment was written by Robert Enrico Souza, as CVProtector who writes under the byline, Robert Souza, for the Castro Valley Forum.

Mr. Souza refers to himself as IT'S (sic) BEST REPORTER.

The Society of Professional Journalists, http://www.spj.org/ethicscode.asp, after their preamble, state among other principles and standards of practice:

Journalists should be honest, fair and courageous in gathering, reporting and interpreting information.

Journalists should:
— Test the accuracy of information from all sources and exercise care to avoid inadvertent error. Deliberate distortion is never permissible.

Mr. Souza, posting on this public forum, states in an unambiguous manner, that an employee at the Castro Valley Forum is the author of this blog. That is not true.

Mr. Souza states unequivocally that said co-worker is trying to destroy the Forum. Where does Mr. Souza get his ‘facts?’ He makes them up, is the answer.
No one has to try, in Mr. Souza’s words, to destroy him. Mr. Souza is doing an excellent job of doing that to himself with baseless charges he cannot prove because his charges are an evil, meanspirited fabrication.

Mr. Souza’s preposterous conclusion that because his co-worker has a personal blog connected with Google, as this one is, is that said co-worker is the author of this blog. What facts does Mr. Souza have to corroborate that ludicrous statement? The answer: Mr. Souza doesn’t have any facts because there are none to support it.

I invite Mr. Souza, masquerading as CVProtector to post his proof, evidence, or facts, to substantiate his statement that a co-worker is the author of this blog and is out to destroy him and the Castro Valley Forum.

This blog has posted only those comments of Mr. Souza that are public record, which he posted on his MySpace site. There was no editorializing regarding those posts.

Mr. Souza made fallacious, malicious and libelous statements on this blog.

Mr. Robert Enrico Souza has posted numerous comments impersonating co-worker's on this forum. He is invited to post as himself.

On this blog, in his 2/12/08, MySpace post, Mr. Souza said of co-worker, Emma: "She's fucking nuts."
On 3/12/08, Mr. Souza, posted this comment, at this site, attributed to 'Emma':


Does any reader of this forum consider that 'Emma' would post a laudatory comment about Mr. Souza after he posted on a public forum, humiliating her by posting that, 'she's fucking nuts?'

Mr. Souza heaps praise on himself as the Forum's BEST REPORTER as CVProtector and as Emma, as a good reporter. Has this individual no sense of shame - no sense of common decency?
