Mr. Souza appears to be obsessed with blaming his co-workers for publishing his own words on this forum - this instance, posing as, 'Emma' - Mr. Souza asserts in a comment that this blog is the work of angry employees of the Castro Valley Forum.
Mr. Souza seems to be implying that the owners' of the Castro Valley Forum are incapable and/or ineffective in the supervision of their employees. Mr. Souza's continuing theme is that other's are responsible for his own misadventures
Mr. Souza is the only person who has made comments on this public forum that someone is out to smear and destroy the Forum. I have seen no such comments or inferences from anyone other than Mr. Souza posting these allegations which defy logic.
His commentaries, without a basis in reason or fact about his workplace bring discredit and suspicion of misconduct to all that work at the Forum.
Mr. Souza has yet to share any insights or information about himself or admit that he is a liar, a fraud and a phony.
Mr. Souza disguises himself as, cvprotector, Emma, Jeff, and anonymous, when he posts a comment on this public forum.
